Nicholas has and still is, working endlessly to meet our needs in regards to this home, and leaving my utmost appreciation for his services is the LEAST I can do. It was a foreclosed property purchased through HUBZU. There where many challenges but Nicholas overcame them all to get me my house. How I met Nicholas is an experience that I will remember for a lifetime! I was driving in this phenomenal neighborhood and Nicholas waved to me and I stopped my car where he asked me what my price point was? I was shocked and did not know what to say. I later e-mailed Nicholas to introduce myself. Then I found out he was having a Open House and of course I wanted to go so I did it I went and saw him! He wrote up a contract for me that night. As a business professional the best compliment I can give Nicholas is his ability to write a contract with his eyes closed. This is my absolute favorite because it is true. Skillful, helped me figure out the strategy I needed to get a multi family. It's a sellers market right now - Nicholas and his team are pretty sharp and helped me get a place that fits my needs. We saw a few properties that I made offers on that under closer inspection uncovered deal breakers. Lots of challenges in coordinating the remodeling by a difficult contractor and sale of a duplex by an owner who was not in the area. Nick ran intervention and helped everything come together. He worked tirelessly to get the property on the market and found a qualified buyer. He relieved much stress from my mind.
